family ministry at Grace River is a way that we reach out to the whole family with Christ's love to help build up, resource, and come alongside both parents and children.
We believe parents are the primary disciplers of their children so we want to supplement and encourage you along this wonderful path of raising up your little ones in the Lord.
Check back here regularly to stay up to date with our teaching tools, parenting guides, and upcoming activities for the whole family.
Sundays at our 1030 service
First Step Upon arriving, start by visiting the Family Ministry check-in in the entrance. All children need to be checked-in and checked-out of Family Ministry.
Parents and children will be given corresponding identification stickers to make sure everyone is safe and sound. You may bring your children 0-3 directly to the nursery after being checked-in.
Next Step Families worshipping together is wonderful and important so we all start out together in the sanctuary. At a designated time, children from nursery age to 11 will be invited to join their age-based class for an interactive, fun, and Christ-centered time of teaching, hands-on activities, and friendship.
Your Step Each week your children will come home with a handout to help you continue to disciple during the week. These handouts (along with crayons) are also available at our 830 AM service. They are a great resource your children can even start working on during the service and our Welcome Team is happy to make sure your family gets a handout.
